LoLo’s stories are loosely based on true life events and her former experience as a wildland firefighter. She’s fought fires for the U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management in Montana, California, and Alaska. She’s currently working on the next wildland firefighter book in her series, Alaska Blaze, along with the first book of another series about romances with older characters. A third crime thriller series with Alaska State Troopers, is also in the works. A member of the Alaska Writers Guild and Romance Writers of America, she divides her time between her home in Eagle River and Payson, Arizona, and a cabin across Kachemak Bay, Alaska, with her family and golden retriever—sea-kayaking, whale-watching, and fishing for halibut and salmon…and of course, writing!
